A reception processing method according to conditions in a mobile communication terminal is provided to set priorities and time conditions when services for each CID are received, thereby selectively processing a reception response or a reception rejection according to the set priorities and the time conditions. A terminal sets priorities and time conditions for the priorities(S21). When an SMS or an MMS is received(S22), a CID extractor extracts CID information from an SMS or an MMS message to send the extracted information to a controller(S23). The controller confirms whether the same CID as the extracted CID information exists(S24). If so, the controller retrieves priority information according to the time conditions(S26). If a retrieved priority is set to be a top priority, the controller receives the SMS or the MMS message regardless of a receiving mode(S27).
