Provided is a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire, which lowers air permeability by spraying silicate-clay containing polymer to form an inner liner layer and is able to improve fuel efficiency and reduce tire weight by making a tire thin. The pneumatic tire with low permeability is manufactured by a process comprising the steps of: molding a tire; spraying silicate-clay containing polymer on a greencase inside; and forming an inner liner layer. The silicate-clay containing polymer contains 5-30wt% of silicate clay based on the copolymer of 50-70wt% of polyurethane urea and 30-50wt% of polyisobutylene. The inner liner layer sprayed with the silicate-clay containing polymer has a thickness of 0.9mm below.
