<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a required filter type and set the filter by automatically detecting a vibration frequency in a controller unit with a simple method without special processing. <P>SOLUTION: A servo control unit for driving a servo motor includes a vibration detection means for detecting the vibration of a control system, and a vibration frequency measurement/analysis means. On the occurrence of vibration during operation, the vibration detection means detects the vibration, and the vibration frequency measurement/analysis means measures a frequency having a large vibration frequency component, and sets the frequency of a vibration suppression filter using the vibration frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
