PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL, TRANSFER SHEET COMPRISING THE PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLASMA DISPLAY USING THE SHEET

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flexible homogeneous photosensitive sheet which can transfer a photosensitive material onto a glass substrate, and stably manufacturing a dielectric film of a plasma display panel by using the sheet.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive sheet is obtained by compounding 30 to 90 parts. weight of a photosensitive compound having a specified structural formula with respect to an organic component. A plasma display panel can be stably manufactured by the method for manufacturing a display panel by using the above sheet as a dielectric film.
