PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, when a large amount of sound emitted from a large number of managed persons are stored, it requires a lot of time for a single manager to catch all the stored sound and there is limitations for him or her.

SOLUTION: This sound data management device stores received sound data and managed person identification information of the managed person having emitted the sound of the sound data in a storage means by associating them with each other (S111-S114). Browsing request information for requesting acquisition of sound storage information showing a state where the sound data are stored in the storage means is received (S201). The managed person identification information having a specific relationship with the manager identification information for identifying the manager having transmitted the browsing request information is extracted from a managed person information registration means to transmit sound storage information regarding sound data corresponding to the extracted managed person identification information (S202-S203). Sound data are outputted based on reception of a sound information request signal requesting provision of sound data (S303).
