Content display on moving vehicles

Systems and methods are provided for displaying content on a vehicle with at least one display device coupled to a frame member and extending to the right or left of the license plate receiving area of the vehicle. Content is selected and altered as desired, including based on user preferences and/or vehicle location.

1. A system for displaying content on a vehicle, the system comprising:
a frame member configured to be mounted on the vehicle at or adjacent to a license plate receiving area of the vehicle; at least one display device coupled to the frame member and adaptable to display changing image content, the at least one display device extending to the right or left of the license plate receiving area of the vehicle and having a power source to power the display; at least one sensor configured to receive information about a condition of the vehicle; and a plurality of mounting members for mounting the frame member to the vehicle at or adjacent to the license plate receiving area, wherein the image content display by the at least one display device can be altered based on the information received by the at least one sensor.
