<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Japanese drum which can be simply assembled and produced using inexpensive and easily available materials, has superior durability and is inexpensively maintained. <P>SOLUTION: Hand drum sections 3 and 4 are arranged on both end opening sections of a body section 2 made of a paper tube and the hand drum sections 3 and 4 are stretched by string bodies 5 and 6 which are tightened firmly. The hand drum sections 3 and 4 are constituted by frame bodies which are made of steel twisted wires and sealed up at the peripheral sections of the sail cloth sheets. A plurality of mounting holes are provided inside the frame bodies to put through the string bodies 5. By tightening the string bodies 5, the frame bodies are pulled toward up or down and the sail cloth sheets are kept firmly stretched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
