<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new auction management program and auction management method, capable of relaxing the necessity that a successful bid applicant simultaneously monitors a bidding situation of another person about a plurality of properties within a short time eve when a plurality of bid objects having same or similar conditions are simultaneously auctioned like auction related to a sales price or rent value of a new apartment house, and relaxing a situation wherein successful bids about the plurality of properties are made though desiring the successful bid about one bid object. <P>SOLUTION: This auction management program has steps wherein: a start date and a final bid deadline date of auction related to a previously input bid object are displayed; a date after a prescribed period lapses is displayed as a bid deadline date under the condition that the date after the prescribed period lapses from a first bid date is before the final bid deadline date, when a first bid is made after the start date of the auction; and a maximum value bidder or a minimum value bidder in the bid deadline date or the final bid deadline date is determined as a successful bidder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
