DRIVING CIRCUIT FOR DISPLAY, AND FLAT PANEL DISPLAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit for a display which can reduce the electric power consumption and the heat generation from buffers and further can reduce the area of circuits and reduce cost by reducing the number of components.

SOLUTION: The driving circuit is composed of the circuit including a gamma voltage generator which provides a number of gamma voltages, a number of first buffers in which the respective first buffers receive the respective first gamma voltages and respectively generate the second gamma voltages, and a converter which receives the second gamma voltages and the first display data, selects one of the second gamma voltages based on the first display data and outputs an image driving signal.
