<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a card wherein jumping out and ejection failure of the card are prevented. <P>SOLUTION: This connector for the card connected with the card includes a contact 13, a housing 11 wherein the contact 13 is arranged and ejection mechanisms 1, 2, 3 for separating the card. The ejection mechanisms 1, 2, 3 have an ejection bar 1 slidable in a fitting separation direction of the card 50, a cam mechanism operating the ejection bar 1, and an elastic member 3 always energizing the ejection bar 1 in a separation direction of the card. The ejection bar 1 has a holding part 2 holding the card.
