<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser treatment device capable of recognizing the operation state of a scanning mirror and taking an appropriate measure before reaching laser irradiation stoppage. <P>SOLUTION: The laser treatment device for performing treatment by irradiating a treating part with a treating laser beam from a laser beam source comprises: the scanning mirror for scanning the spot position of the laser beam on the treating part; a mirror driving means for driving the scanning mirror; a mirror drive control means for generating the command signals of the moving position of the scanning mirror to the driving means so as to successively repeat the movement and movement stoppage of the scanning mirror; a detection means for detecting the moving position of the scanning mirror driven by the driving means; a decision means for monitoring the position deviation of the scanning mirror on the basis of the detected result and the command signals of the moving position and deciding the level of the position deviation in multiple stages; and a reporting means for reporting the decided result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
