<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid delaying in obtaining processed data due to an error that occurs when the data are sent or received. <P>SOLUTION: When a transmission error occurs in the transmission of unprocessed data from a control terminal 3 to a controlled terminal 4, a control part 11 provided in the control terminal 3 detects the transmission error in the transmission of the unprocessed data based on the fact that the ACK and the content of ACK are not sent.
