The device has a sliding central casing integrated to pistons coaxially driving a driven shaft of a crankshaft (3) by a crankshaft axle. A driving wheel slides in an S-shaped opening (16), directed along an oblique axis joining points representing centre of two inverted and tangential curves, of the casing. The axle is driven by extensible shackles (28, 28`) transforming rectilinear motion of casing-piston assembly into rotary motion.
