The bearing has an outer ring (7) and an inner ring (8) with reduced thickness. The outer ring has a radial wall (7b) for connecting a cylindrical axial outer wall (7d) with an axial inner wall (7c). The wall (7c) has a diameter lower than that of a bore of the ring (8) and extends in a same direction as the wall (7d) for receiving the ring (8). The bearing has a shield (12) with a radial portion in contact with the radial wall.
