摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating a router machining trajectory which can securely carry out router machining by preventing an uncut area from being caused in a thin burr shape in the router machining to leave an island-shaped unmachined area is formed in a machined area. <P>SOLUTION: An area to be a machining object is extracted from an area sandwiched by an outline line of the machined area 10 and an outline line of the unmachined area 12. Then a connection line L13 connecting the outline line of the unmachined area with the outline line of the machined line is drawn, and a one-closed pattern which does not include the unmachined area inside is extracted from an area surrounded by the outline line of the machined line, the outline line of the unmachined line, and the connection line. When a trajectory to be used for application of coreless machining is generated by setting of an offset to the closed pattern, the connection line is taken as the trajectory of the router machining. When the router machining is carried out to pass a trajectory part with reference to the connection line L13, an offset is set in a way that an uncut area caused between an outer peripheral side of the unmachined area 12 and an outline side of the machined area 10 is left in a twin form, and then the trajectory is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
