<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a blank of an optical device efficiently and with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus for manufacturing the blank of the optical device is provided with a glass flow-out part 3 for making a molten optical glass 20 flow-out, a recessed reception die 5 for receiving the molten optical glass 21 flowing-out from the glass flow-out part, a vibration generator 16 for giving vibration to the reception die and a press die 6 for pressing and forming the prescribed quantity of molten optical glass received in the reception die between it and the reception die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
