FIELD: survey of boreholes or wells, particularly for liquid and gas flow rate measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: flow meter has body, two chambers divided with diaphragm, two secondary pressure transducers, bridge and cap with channels for transmitting ambient pressure to the first chamber. Bridge has groove for the first chamber receiving. Body includes groove for the second chamber receiving with orifices arranged along perimeter thereof. The body is provided with cowl having spherical surface. Secondary pressure transducers are included in measuring circuit in phase opposition. Diaphragm is rigid and has high-elastic rim and is aligned with balancing piston to provide transmission of measurable pressure amplified by factor S/s to the secondary pressure transducers, wherein S is diaphragm area, s is balancing piston end area. ^ EFFECT: increased sensitivity at high ambient pressure. ^ 1 dwg |
