FIELD: electric heating devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: to make flat composition electric heater with increased precision of given temperature distribution in whole volume of heater with concurrent increase of its reliability electrodes are made in form of metallic spirals with variable step and diameter, while diameter of spirals is proportional, and spiral step is reversely proportional to given temperature value at appropriate portions of electric heater. Also, at least one coil of spirals has diameter equal to or greater than thickness of resistive material, and portions of electrodes getting outside limits of resistive layer are removed if necessary. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 3 cl, 6 dwg |
