FIELD: analytical methods in ichthyology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises microscopic investigation of homogenates organs and tissues of fish exposed to exogenous chemical factors. Homogenate in the form of drop is placed onto the surface of slide plate, dried at room temperature for 24 h, and resulting samples are observed in polarized light.
