<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the hydrophilic support for a lithographic printing form original plate, the hydrophilic layer of which has so high a hydrophilicity that especially printing scumming resistance is improved to obtain a printed matter with no scummimg developing even under severe printing conditions, a lithographic printing form original plate, which can form images through the scanning exposure of laser beams or the like in a short time, requires no developing treatment, and can be installed directly on a printing machine for plate-making, and has an image recording layer of the hydrophilic support, and a lithographic printing method employing the lithographic printing form original plate. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of this hydrophilic support for the lithographic printing form original plate, a coating film including a compound having a nucleophilic reaction active group and a hydrophilic polymer having a nucleophilic reaction active group at its terminal acting on this compound is formed on a board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
