PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact resistance and vibration resistance of fuel cells regardless of a temperature environment of the fuel cells.SOLUTION: A fuel cell in which a laminate including a plurality of laminated electric cells is accommodated in a case includes a restraining member arranged between a side face of the laminate along the lamination direction and the inner face of the case. The thickness of the restraining member in a state where the restraining member is not accommodated in the case is less than a gap between the side face of the laminate and the inner face of the case under a predetermined pressurizing condition higher than an atmospheric condition, and is equal to or more than the gap under the atmospheric condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
