<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system capable of transmitting information corresponding to condition of that time, while reflecting taste and liking of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The information providing system has a transmission information memory unit for storing transmission information to be transmitted to terminals, a user information memory unit for storing user profile information as information related to users of the terminals, a transmission rule memory unit for storing transmission rule for transmitting transmission information, an instantaneous information receiver unit for receiving instantaneous information after a renewal in response to the renewal of the information, a transmission condition search unit for searching a transmission rule corresponding to the information, which is contained in the instantaneous information received by the instantaneous information receiver unit, among the transmission rule memory unit, and a transmission unit for transmitting the transmission information to the terminal of the user stored in the user profile information and corresponding to the transmission rule searched by the transmission condition search unit with reference to the user information memory unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
