<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report the results of monitoring by suppressing the load of a network to the minimum after monitoring the state of a workflow process when the process is linked over a plurality of workflow management systems, and to perform correspondence when a process processing route is dynamically changed. <P>SOLUTION: When processing is handed over to the workflow management system 200, the workflow management system 100 generates monitoring control information 125, including the address of a monitoring server device 102 and a condition when reporting a process ID, so as to transmit the information 125 together with process information 123.
