<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device for quickly displaying information corresponding to a user. <P>SOLUTION: When Web site identification information and member identification information are transmitted from terminal equipments 20a to 20d, and information carried in a Web site corresponding to the Web site identification information is configured of at least first and second partial pieces of information, an information management device 10 extracts first or second partial information on the basis of the history of access to the Web site corresponding to the Web site identification information performed by a member corresponding to the member identification information, and transmits the extracted first or second partial pieces of information to the terminal equipments 20a to 20d.
