<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrotome device, miniaturized and lightweight on the whole, with improved electric power efficiency of a high-frequency power supply generating circuit, allowing a doctor to select waveform and intensity of high-frequency electric current on a hand-piece by him/herself. <P>SOLUTION: The electrotome device has a square wave which can structure an output circuit by the switching on/off operation of an output circuit part of a main device as a basic waveform, and does not perform analogue power amplification accompanying the power loss. An automatic transformer 40A is built in the hand-piece 12, and the mode of an operation is selected by a first hand switch 41 mounted on the hand-piece.
