<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency incision instrument for an endoscope having a superior incision performance by sufficiently securing the length of a hooked electrode projecting/retracting from the distal end of a flexible sheath, facing the the hooked electrode in a desired direction in a stable state, and easily incising the mucosa as a desired manner. <P>SOLUTION: This high-frequency incision instrument is formed by connecting the hooked electrode 3 to the distal end of an operating wire 2 insertedly disposed in the flexible sheath 1 to axially freely project/retract is formed with a wide-width portion 3c which has a shape expanding from the proximal part of a rod shaped portion 3a in the same direction as the projecting direction of a hooked portion 3b and is fitted in the interior of the distal end of the flexible sheath 1 without rattling, is formed adjacent to the hooked electrode 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
