<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device which can commonly use a controller for a plurality of models without the necessity of the setting work of a complicated control parameter and which has excellent economical efficiency, reusability and extensibility and to provide a motor unit and a controller unit for constituting the actuator device. <P>SOLUTION: The motor unit 4 includes a parameter memory 3 for storing a characteristic parameter necessary to control the motor 1 together with the motor 1 and a motor drive circuit 2. The controller unit 5 detachable to the motor unit 4 includes a motor control circuit 51 and a communication control circuit 52. The motor unit 4 loads a characteristic parameter stored in the parameter 3 through communication connectors 6a, 6b at a mounting time of the controller unit 5, and uses the characteristic parameter for setting the control parameter of the motor control circuit 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
