PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an image with higher visual effect for those who visiualize the image processed by vision processing.

SOLUTION: A vision processor 910 comprise an output portion 914 and a transformation portion 915. The output portion 914 outputs a luminance control parameter P2 based on a parameter P1 indicative of ambient light. The transformation portion 915 transforms luminance of a target pixel, based on the luminance control parameter P2 outputted by the output portion 914, luminance of the target pixel set as an object of vision processing, and luminance of neighboring pixels located around the target pixel.
