A cellular amine crosslinked polyurethane elastomer obtainable by reaction of:(A) polyisocyanates, (B) polyols, i.e. polyether and polyester polyols, (C) chain extenders, in the presence of (D) water and/or propellants, (E) catalysts, (F) optionally additional additives and/or adjuvants, where component (C) is a mixture of (C1) aromatic amines and at least two primary amine groups, (C2) = quaternary ammonium salts and optionally (C3) short chain diols is new. A cellular amine crosslinked polyurethane elastomer obtainable by reaction of:(A) one or more compounds selected from polyisocyanates, polyisocyanate prepolymers, and modified polyisolcyanates, (B) one or more polyols, i.e. polyether and polyester polyols, (C) chain extenders in the presence of (D) water and/or physical propellants, (E) catalysts, (F) optionally additional additives and/or adjuvants, where component (C) is a mixture of (C1) aromatic amines and at least two primary amine groups, (C2) = quaternary ammonium salts and optionally (C3) short chain diols of molecular weight at most400 g/mole. An Independent claim is included for a method of preparing the polyurethane elastomers by the above described reaction. |
