<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch built-in rotation transmitting device having improved durability. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way clutch built-in rotation transmitting device comprises a sleeve 11, a pulley 12 arranged concentrically with the sleeve 11, rolling bearings 2, 2 provided between the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12 for supporting the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12 in a relatively rotatable manner, and a one-way clutch 3 for transmitting only rotating force of rotating the pulley 12 relative to the sleeve 11 in a predetermined direction to the pulley 12 and the sleeve 11. Seal rings 25 are provided at both ends of the rolling bearings 2, 2. Homogeneous grease compositions are filled in the rolling bearings 2, 2 isolated from each other by the seal rings 25 and in the one-way clutch 3, respectively.
