<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for precisely recovering a water resource with which metal powder in liquid waste can effectively be separated. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a liquid waste collecting tank 10, a pump 20, a filtration cylinder 30 and a filtrate recovering tank. A suction end of the pump 20 is connected to the liquid waste collecting tank 10 through a suction pipe 21 and a discharge end of the pump is connected to a transportation pipe 22. The filtration cylinder 30 has a cylindrical part, a cover, a perforated tank to be put in the cylindrical part and a filter composed of a fabricated bag part and a positioning frame to be joined to the upper part of the bag part. The positioning frame is fit onto the supporting surface of the cylindrical part and the cover is fit to the upper part of the cylindrical part. An extended part having a curved spout at the inner edge is arranged at one edge of the cover. The cylindrical part has a liquid injecting pipe to be connected to the curved spout in a position opposed to the curved spout. The lower end of the liquid injecting pipe is connected to the transportation pipe 22 of the pump 20.
