<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system lower in manufacturing cost and easier to construct despite of a structure capable of lighting hemispherical terminals for an excellent image thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A multiplicity of LEDs 44 are provided to surround the optical axis C of a camera 23 for shedding light on the sides of the hemispherical terminals 9a of a part 9 to be mounted, and are arranged in a rectangle as seen from the optical axis C of the camera 23. The LEDs 44 are arranged so that the intensity of lighting is higher on the perimeters of the hemispherical terminals 9a than at the middle thereof, and that lighting is uniform all around the perimeters thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
