<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast steel manufacturing method in which metal scrap including used steel cans are used for raw materials. <P>SOLUTION: The cast steel manufacturing method comprises a step of melting raw materials including used steel cans at a temperature of≥1,600°C, a step of performing oxidation refining of the molten raw materials, a step of performing reduction refining of the oxidation-refined raw materials by using a reducing agent, and a step of stirring the reduction-refined raw materials by using inert gas.
