<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use situation predicting system and method capable of grasping the use situation of a table in order to make a reservation by predicting the leaving time of customers who are seated and adding the information of customers who have reserved seats. <P>SOLUTION: This data processor 2 is constituted so that a stay time result information storing part 31 is retreaved based on reservation information received from an input device 5 or an ordering system 12 to calculate a mean stay time, and an expected leaving time to be stored in a table number-classified expected leaving time storing part 32 is updated. Also, the data processor 2 calculates the stay time from the information received from a POS system 11, and registers the stay time in the stay time result information storing part.
