FIELD: railroad transport, particularly for loading or unloading vehicles. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1, support 2 for sleeper, fixers 2 to retain sleepers in predetermined position and cross-arm 4 connected to the housing through flexible tie. Support and fixers are installed on the body and directed to engage the first ends of the sleepers. Each fixer is adapted to engage one sleeper. Flexible tie is made as single polyspast system with lock made as telescopic couple. The telescopic couple includes guiding bush with stop and screw rack. Device engages a number of sleepers directly from accumulation conveyer of production line, reliably holds the sleepers and loads thereof in vertical direction in gondola wagon along wagon sides. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced labor inputs. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
