The invention relates to a vertebral anchoring device (1, 10, 500) having a screw head (4, 504) for receiving a connection element (7), a screw body (3, 503) comprising a threaded shank (9) provided with a coupling head (11, 511) for coupling to the screw head (4, 504), the coupling head having a portion of cylindrical shape with an axis perpendicular to the threaded shank, and means which serve to join the coupling head to the screw head and which, after assembly of said body and the screw head but before immobilization of the connection element on the screw head, are designed to permit a movement of translation of the screw body with respect to the screw head parallel to the longitudinal axis of said body and any movement of rotation of said body with respect to the screw head, excluding a movement of rotation about the longitudinal axis of said body. |
