<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device receiving a plurality of frequency channels while suppressing an increase in power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal device is equipped with: a 1st receiving means of receiving a signal of a 1st frequency channel; a 2nd receiving means of receiving a signal of a 2nd frequency channel; a pilot signal reverse spreading means of outputting the reference clock of a signal received by the 1st or 2nd receiving means; a 1st data signal reverse spreading means of reversely spreading the signal received by the 1st receiving means based upon the reference clock outputted from the pilot signal reverse spreading means; and a 2nd data signal reverse spreading means of reversely spreading the signal received by the 2nd receiving means based upon the reference clock outputted from the pilot signal reverse spreading means.
