<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit for driving an organic light emitting diode device which can display at uniform brightness all over a screen. <P>SOLUTION: A TFT 401 is in an on state in a wiring period while a TFT 402 is in an off state. Therefore, a differential voltage between a gray-scale voltage Vdata and a charge holding reference voltage is applied on a first capacitive element 410, and charges in accordance with the differential voltage is held in the first capacitive element 410. When the TFT 402 is changed into an on state in a light emitting period, the charges held by the first capacitive element 410 are supplied to an OLED (organic light emitting diode) element 420, which emits light in a quantity in accordance with the charge amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
