<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit for driving an organic light emitting diode device which can display at uniform brightness all over a screen. <P>SOLUTION: A TFT 401 is in an on state in a wiring period while a TFT 402 is in an off state. Therefore, a differential voltage between a gray-scale voltage Vdata and a charge holding reference voltage is applied on a first capacitive element 410, and charges in accordance with the differential voltage is held in the first capacitive element 410.
