<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trading order execution guarantee system by which a trustee such as a stock company who receives the trust of trading order can make a careful examination of execution state of the trading order efficiently and which can guarantee accuracy of order execution adjusting contract condition when delay of order etc. happens. <P>SOLUTION: When dealings of the day are completed, a close investigation processing part reads out, from order database, the order data of the contract order and expiring order by the end of that day, and performs a close investigation about whether there is no delay in order or not while referring to the history value of the object brand accepted from the market information system and about whether correction of the contract result is necessary or not when there is delay.
