<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life preserver enabling the detaching and exchanging of an air chamber, in regard to a waist pouch type or neck suspending type life preserver. <P>SOLUTION: The life preserver is provided with the air chamber 11 inflatable by filling a gas; and a storage part 3 capable of storing by folding the air chamber 11 and mounted with the air chamber and is characterized in that the air chamber 11 is detachably mounted to the storage part 11.
