<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the anonymity of radio device IDs against third parties if, in an environment with a system for identifying individuals using radio devices, another different individual identification system exists. <P>SOLUTION: The anonymity guaranteeing device includes a device ID receiving part that receives a plurality of device IDs of privately-owned devices and stores the IDs in an anonymity guaranteeing process buffer 103; and an anonymity determining part 104 that counts the number of device IDs stored in the anonymity guaranteeing process buffer 103 and, if the number is equal to or greater than a predetermined number, reads the device IDs stored in the buffer to send the read device IDs to an external system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
