MOISTURE DETECTING SENSOR AND MOISTURE DETECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture detecting sensor having a simple constitution not adding a special circuit constitution and not taking a liquid in a circuit.

SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave transmitting water absorbable substance having electromagnetic wave transmissivity and water absorbability is applied to or brought into contact with the whole or a part of a radio IC tag 11 subjected to waterproof or drip-proof treatment. By this method, the reading of data becomes possible only when a cover means 12 contains no moisture and the presence of moisture can be detected by an extremely simple constitution only composed of the general radio IC tag and the electromagnetic wave transmitting water absorbable substance.
