<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide attaching structure for a load sensor capable of preventing load measuring precision from getting worse caused by a shift, an error or the like when attaching the load sensor. <P>SOLUTION: This load sensor 3 is fastened onto an attaching face 6b via a bracket 9 by a fastening means, and detects a load loaded onto a base member 6. The bracket 9 is provided movably along the attaching face 6b.
