<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fomentation sheet which synergistically gives the original efficacies of the fomentation and the efficacies of a minus ion. <P>SOLUTION: This fomentation sheet is characterized by printing a sheet-like base 2 with a printing liquid containing a minus ion-producing fine particle ore to form a minus ion-producing fine particle ore coating layer 4, sealing the minus ion-producing fine particle ore coating layer 4 with a film 6, forming a fomentation ingredient-coated layer 8 on the film 6, attaching a detachable protection film 10 on the surface of the fomentation ingredient-coated layer 8, and then cutting the product in a prescribed shape. The minus ion-producing fine particle ore may be micro-capsulated to form a minus ion-producing fine particle ore capsule coating layer 28.
