<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust technique preventive garment worn between a Kendo (Japanese fencing) suit and Kendo gear to protect the body of a wearer from thrusting action. <P>SOLUTION: The thrust technique preventive garment 10 comprises the following: a collar part 12 formed by sewing a face fabric and a lining fabric each quilted and covering the front surface and the side surface of the neck of a wearer; a body part 11 covering the upper front surface of the chest of the wearer's body; and a plurality of freely detachable and tightening/loosening connectors for putting on the collar part and the body part respectively. At the collar part, an interlining fabric 16 is inserted between the face fabric and the lining fabric so as to tightly cover the front surface part of the neck to be sewn. At the body part, a cushioning material 17 and an interlining fabric are inserted between the face fabric and the lining fabric so as to tightly cover the front face part of the upper chest part of the body to be sewn.
