<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antireflection film-forming composition capable of improving slipperiness of a surface of an antireflection film, soluble in a non-fluorine-based general-purpose solvent, and capable of being easily formed into the film. <P>SOLUTION: This antireflection film-forming composition comprises a reactive surface modifying agent (I) and an antireflection film material (II), wherein the reactive surface modifying agent (I) comprises a reactive-group containing composition which is formed out of a reaction product of (A) a triisocyanate formed by trimerizing a diisocyante with (B) at least two kinds of active hydrogen-containing compounds, and the component (B) comprises a composition which contains (B-1) a perfluoropolyether having at least one active hydrogen and (B-2) a monomer having an active hydrogen and a self-crosslinking functional group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
