FIELD: agriculture, in particular, controlling of injurious flying insects in horticulture and animal farming, and also equipment for illumination of territories. ^ SUBSTANCE: electric lamp has casing with internal reflecting surfaces oriented toward illumination source, group of light radiation sources, one of said sources providing emission of ultraviolet radiation, grid defined by current striking conductors, power supply voltage sources, and electric equipment control means. Electric lamp casing is made in the form of hollow support. Chamber provided in lower internal part of support is adapted for accommodation of power supply sources and electric equipment control means, said chamber being separated from internal cavity of support by heat-resistant light transmitting bottom. Internal cavity of support is defined at its top part by reflector and hermetically sealed, radiation transmitting screen, which is guarded from the outside by protecting grid made from current striking conductors. Utilization of internal cavity of support as electric and illuminating equipment accommodating means allows operating conditions to be improved. Application in electric lamp of group of light sources having different radiation spectra allows utilization range to be widened and operating time to be varied within the range of from season time to year-round time. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in insect controlling, reduced manufacture and operating costs, and wider range of usage of electric lamp. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
