<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid fertilizer by which a sanitary and highly safe fertilizer containing no SS (suspended substance), bacteria, protozoa, polymers or the like by membrane-separating fermentation residue while suppressing the load on a membrane separation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In a treatment system composed of a membrane separation tank 3 having the dipping type membrane separation apparatus 4 and a dehydrator 7, organic waste is methane-fermented, then the fermentation residue is charged into the membrane separation tank 3 from a methane fermentation tank 1, and a concentrated liquid in the membrane separation tank 3 is discharged into the dehydrator 7, and a part or the whole of the dehydration filtrate in the dehydrator 7 is returned to the membrane separation tank 3, thereby discharging the membrane filtrate as the liquid fertilizer by membrane-separating the fermentation residue by the dipping type membrane separation apparatus 4 while suppressing the increase of the SS concentration in the concentrated liquid in the membrane separation tank 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
