<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a plurality of opening and closing lids which are arranged in a suction pipe and can be easily opened and closed electrically when sucking machining dust generated from an object to be machined by machining while moving a beam. <P>SOLUTION: This beam machining apparatus has a beam emitting part 0101 capable of emitting a beam for machining the object to be machined while moving, the suction pipe 0102 for sucking the machining dust generated from the object to be machined, lids 0103, 0104, and 0105 arranged plurally on the suction pipe so that the machining dust can be sucked in the suction pipe, and a warpage 0106 moving mechanically in cooperation with the beam emitting part, being in contact with the lid due to the movement, and opening the adjacent lid to be the lid in the vicinity of the beam emitting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
