<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conducting member having high flexibility and thermal conductivity, that is not limited by the shape of a closely adhering object and capable of being used repeatedly. <P>SOLUTION: The heat conducting member 100 has a three-layer structure. The heat conducting member 100 has a base material 110 composed of a urethane foam. The base material 110 is wholly coated with a thermal-conductive coating material 120 as cloth composed of copper fibers and a nylon (trademark).
