<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conducting member having high flexibility and thermal conductivity, that is not limited by the shape of a closely adhering object and capable of being used repeatedly. <P>SOLUTION: The heat conducting member 100 has a three-layer structure. The heat conducting member 100 has a base material 110 composed of a urethane foam. The base material 110 is wholly coated with a thermal-conductive coating material 120 as cloth composed of copper fibers and a nylon (trademark). The base material 110, coated with the thermal-conductive coating material 120, is further wholly coated with an electrical insulating coating material 130 composed of a polyimide resin from the upper section of the thermal-conductive coating material 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
